 简介


罗先刚,中国科学院大学(前中国科学院研究生院)光学工程博士,中国工程院院士。现为中国科学院光电技术研究所所长,微细加工光学技术国家重点实验室主任,中国科学院大学教授、博导。长期担任国家多个部委专家。

主要从事光电科学与技术研究。获得国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金,入选中组部首批万人计划科技创新领军人才,是国际光学工程学会(SPIE)、国际光子学与激光工程学会(IAPLE)、中国光学学会(COS)、美国光学学会(OPTICA)等学会会士。

发现由光子和电子耦合而引起的异常杨氏双缝干涉现象、亚波长悬链线结构的线性连续相位属性、以及旋转对称结构中的广义高阶几何相位,建立超构表面波电磁调控理论模型;提出宽带吸波、超衍射成像和超大视场探测的原理和方法;研制出多套光电材料、器件和系统。科研成果获周光召杰出青年基础科学奖、第十一届光华工程科技奖青年奖、第二届全国创新争先奖,国家技术发明一等奖、二等奖、省部级科技进步特等奖等多项奖励。授权发明专利100余项,论文被引近2万次。

担任中国光学工程学会副理事长,中国光学学会光学制造专委会主任委员,中国光学学会微纳光学专委会和中国通信学会光通信委员会副主任委员,第六届四川省科技青年联合会主席,四川省欧美同学会副会长。

现为《Opto-Electronic Advances》、《Opto-Electronic Sciences》和《光电工程》期刊主编,《Advanced Optical Materials》、《Engineering》、《Advanced Photonics Research》,《Journal of Physics D》等多个期刊编委或顾问编委。
